Things I stopped climbing long enough to build.

Most people are trained to climb. Climbers optimize routes. Architects design terrain. These are the things I have designed instead of the ladders I could have kept climbing, plus the client work I am proudest to have my hands on.

    Seattle lost its connective tissue when the Columbia Tower Club closed. Vantage is the layer between the city’s rooms instead of another room competing with them. Curated introductions, a public directory, and members who built it themselves.

    Brand strategy and digital systems for founders, executives, and growing brands. Savvy OS for the CRM and automation layer, a voice receptionist named Ivy so nobody misses a call, and fractional marketing for the people who need a CMO and cannot justify one.

    A Spanish and English dual-language school on Capitol Hill, and where my daughter started kindergarten in September 2026. I help on the grants side: the research, the writing, and the systems that keep the funder relationships from living in one person’s inbox.
