  1. You talk first

    What you are trying to make happen. I take notes and I do not pitch for the first ten minutes.

  2. I run the prompts live

    If it is about being found, I ask Claude and ChatGPT who to hire in your market while you watch. The answer is the diagnosis.

  3. You leave with a next step

    A yes, a no, or a name of someone better for it. Nothing lands in your inbox afterwards that you did not ask for.
