The podcast · Now recording the full season
You’re Allowed*
She said it. Nobody else would.
Permission first. Access second.
Every episode opens with the same question: what’s the craziest thing someone told you you’re not allowed to do? Part one is the story, the permission. Part two is the access, the actual pathway, so the person listening can do it too. Real people, real talk about the things nobody’s supposed to say out loud.
We tested two episodes in spring 2026. Now we’re back recording the full season, and I’m booking who’s next.
Be a guest
Someone told you you couldn’t. You did it anyway.
That is the whole requirement. The title does not matter and the industry does not matter. I care about who said it, what it cost to ignore them, and what you would tell the person who just got told the same thing.
Who I’m booking
- Authors with a book out, or one coming.
- Founders and executives with a public platform.
- Public figures whose “not allowed” story is already part of their work.
- And the ones nobody has heard yet, if the story is right.
What a guest gets
- A full episode page with bio, book link, booking contact and timestamps. See Carmen’s.
- Clips and captions cut for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Distribution on Apple, Spotify and every other app.
How it works
- Thirty to forty-five minutes on Riverside, from wherever you are.
- We handle the editing.
- Not looking for a program pitch, or “I left corporate to become a coach” as the whole story.
Rather just talk? Book twenty minutes and tell me the story yourself.
Book a 20-minute chat →Publicists: the form takes thirty seconds and you can fill it out on your client’s behalf. Or email rachael@thesavvydigitalco.com.
