How I work.
People ask me for the tool list, and the tool list is the least interesting part. Most problems are not tool problems. They are clarity problems. Still, here is what is actually open on my machine, and the handful of ideas underneath it that do the real work.
The stack
GoHighLevel
The core of the business. Every client system we build at Savvy runs on it, whitelabeled, so the CRM, the automations, the pipelines and the follow up all live in one place instead of six.
Claude and Claude Code
Strategy work, automation, and most of the building. This is the thing that changed the math on what a small team can ship. I am not interested in AI as a party trick. I am interested in the parts of the job I hate disappearing.
Canva
Design and content production. Not glamorous, extremely fast, and it means the person who has the idea can also make the thing.
The ideas underneath it
Systems as kindness
A system is not cold efficiency. It is the infrastructure that lets humans do human work. Building one frees the people around you from depending on you personally, and it protects them from chaos when you are not in the room.
Clarity is the real currency
The person who makes the complex feel obvious wins every room. Most of what people bring me is not a talent problem or a tool problem. You do not need a rebrand. You need clarity.
Cast the vision, then look down to strategize
Not the other way around. Most people start with tactics and never get to the vision, and then wonder why the tactics are not adding up to anything.
Buy back your time
Dan Martell’s framework, applied honestly. I have to schedule time to think or I turn into a machine with no strategy. Not ideal.
How my brain actually works
ADHD, unapologetically
I have stopped calling it a problem and started calling it what it is: a rapid pattern detector and a creativity machine. I walk into a business, see the dots nobody is connecting, and point at the levers. The tradeoff is that structure has to be built for me, not assumed of me. That is most of why I build systems for a living.
